ECS Inc.’s new ECS-327TXO-2012 is a low power 32.768 kHz TCXO ideal for IoT and RTC applications.
ECS Inc. International’s new series of ECS-327TXO-2012 HCMOS temperature compensated crystal oscillators are available in a 2.0 mm x 1.2 mm x 1.1 mm 4-pad ceramic package. The standard version of this TCXO offers a frequency stability of ±5ppm between the standard industrial temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC. The standard ECS-327TXO-2012 functions off a 3.3V supply voltage, with 2.5V and 3.0V options available. They are offered in standard 1,000- and 3,000-piece reels. Ideal for IoT, RTC wireless, storage and industrial applications where size is critical.
