ECS-TXO-32CSMV MultiVolt™ Clipped Sine Wave Tight Stability TCXO

The ECS-TXO-32CSMV MultiVolt™ clipped sine wave tight stability TCXO allows customers to use the same device for many designs.

The temperature-compensated crystal oscillators offer ultra-tight frequency stability options of ±0.5 ppm at -40°C ~ +85°C with a MultiVolt feature. This allows users to employ the same device for many designs, reducing qualification requirements and inventory. The CSMV series’ ±0.5 ppm stability over -40°C ~ +85°C makes it a cost-effective solution for precision applications.

Features:

  • 3.2 x 2.5 mm
  • MulitVolt™ compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V supply voltage
  • Frequency Range 10 MHz to 52 MHz
  • Clipped sine wave output

     

  • ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability
  • Low phase noise at 10 kHz offset to 145 dBc/Hz
  • Extended temperature ranges up to -40°C to +85°C
