The ECS-TXO-20CSMV4 is an analog compensated, clipped sine wave 4-pad MultiVoltTM temperature compensated crystal oscillator that offers ultra-tight stability for precision applications.
The ECS-TXO-20CSMV4 is the newest addition to ECS Inc.’s line of MultiVoltTM TCXOs. The standard part offers an ultra-tight stability of ±0.5 ppm over -40ºC to +85ºC across a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V or on a static supply of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V or 3.3V. The ECS-TXO-20CSMV4 uses a high refresh rate, or frequency calibration rate, to maintain a linear frequency output during temperature compensation. The 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm ceramic package and options for 1,000- or 3,000-piece reels make these components ideal for wireless, Wi-Fi and IoT applications.
