ECS Inc. International’s ECX-33B2Q 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm automotive-grade surface mount crystals offer low first year aging of ±2ppm.
Original April 2024
The ECX-33B2Q series of compact MHz surface mount crystals are available in an industry standard 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.8 mm 4-pad ceramic package. These electronic components are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer an array of features such as a wide frequency range of 8 MHz to 54 MHz, tolerance options as tight as ±10 ppm, and stability options ranging from ±10 ppm to ±150 ppm. This is an automotive-grade addition to ECS Inc.’s low-aging B2 crystals, which offer low ±2 ppm first year aging at +25ºC ±3ºC. The standard ECX-33B2Q crystal offers ±30 ppm tolerance and ±150 ppm stability over the standard operating temperature of -55ºC to +150ºC with many load capacitance options. This electronic component is ideal for IoT, wireless, wearable, smart home and Wi-Fi applications.
