ECS Inc. understands the importance of having passive electrical components that exactly match your design specifications. The ECSpressCON’s capabilities address more than 95 percent of today’s quartz oscillator needs, not only because of its configurability, but also because it can be delivered off the shelf to meet your exact design specifications. ECSpressCON oscillators have a very low phase jitter of 1.0 ps, with 3.3V or 2.5V supply voltage and can be customized to an immense range of frequencies.

The ECSpressCON is a configurable oscillator that will prove to be a vital part of your timing solutions.

Configurable XO, VCXO and TCXO Clock Oscillators

ECSpressCON oscillators are also available in multiple different oscillator types, including:

Crystal controlled oscillators (XO)
Relying on the quartz crystal’s inherent temperature stability, the standard ECSpressCON oscillators offer high performance and low jitter. They are suitable for designs that don’t require temperature compensation.

Temperature compensated oscillators (TCXO)
If you have a design that requires precise output and accurate temperature compensation, ECSpressCON TCXOs are the way to go. In general, TCXOs offer tenfold improvement in temperature stability over its XO counterparts.

Voltage controlled oscillators (VCXO)
VCXOs are best suited for applications that require variable output frequencies. ECSpressCON VCXOs offer low jitter and phase noise and can be configured to a wide range of pullability. These oscillators are often used for telecommunications, testing and measurement and broadcast equipment.
