The ECS-3961 is a 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm x 1.3 mm low current HCMOS surface mount (MSD) oscillator. The ECS-3961 oscillator family offers a supply voltage of 5.0 V and stabilities of ±25ppm, ±50ppm and ±100ppm over the standard industrial temperature range of -40°C ~ 85°C. This electronic component is ideal for applications that need low current consumption.
