ECS Inc. International voltage control crystal oscillators, or VCXOs, are critical to the proper function of discrete phase-locked loops. ECS Inc.’s catalog of VCXO components is available in a wide range of frequencies and voltages and can be supplied in surface mount (SMD) or through hole packaging. The available output logic configurations consist of HCMOS, LVDS and LVPECL.
The ECS-VXO-73/VXO-75 is a HCMOS SMD VCXO oscillator. The ECS-VXO-97 has a frequency range of 8 MHz ~ 40 MHz and a supply voltage of 3.3V over the component’s operating temperature of -10°C ~ 60°C.
